Size XS/S will be a bit loose-fitting if you wear size XS, and a bit form-fitting if you wear size S.
If you're tall, the XS/S top may be short.
If you wear size M (38), take size XS/S if you prefer a form-fitting cut and size M/L if you prefer a loose-fitting cut.
If your wear size L, M/L will be fine ;)
The fabric is stretchable so it will be form-fitting for size XL, but may be short if you're tall !
